To claim your free tickets, check your mileage statement to see how far your Cedar miles can take you. If you have enough to reach the destination of your choice, download the below form, fill in the form, sign it, and fax it to Cedar Miles directly, or via your local MEA office at least 14 days prior to departure.


- Please note rewards are subject to availability and certain flights/dates may not be
  available.

- MEA will book your flights and confirm your request back to you or offer alternative
  flights/dates.

- Airport and other taxes are not included in reward, and must be settled by member. 

- Reward reservation will auto-cancel if ticket is not issued within 8 days of 
  reservation.

- Tickets will be mailed to your desired address or will be ready for your pick-up at
  your local MEA office. 

Important: to maintain the security of your account, you are the only person who can request reward travel in exchange for miles from your Cedar Miles account unless you send a signed letter to the Cedar Miles center in which you name a specified person and request that this privilege be extended to him/ her. Please note that the name on the reward ticket(s) must be the user's full legal name and must match the one given at the time of reservation.
